Individual Therapy | Accepting New Clients | Virtual Only

I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complexities of sexuality, intimacy, and self-esteem—both as individuals and in their relationships. Whether it’s exploring your identity, working through intimacy challenges, or addressing the lingering effects of trauma, I’m here to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can truly express yourself and work toward the life you want.

My experience spans working with survivors of sexual abuse, individuals facing sexual deviancy and offending behaviours, as well as those navigating addiction, and relationship struggles. I believe in the power of rehabilitation and creating meaningful change through honest, compassionate support. Together, we’ll explore your story, tackle the tough moments, and find ways to move forward that align with your values and goals.

I grew up in Ontario, Canada, and am now based in Cayman Islands, while continuing to work with clients in Ontario. My journey into therapy began with supporting children with developmental delays and advocating for family harmony and safety, and I’ve since shifted my focus to adults. My work with the Cayman Islands Prison Service gave me invaluable insight into the challenges people face and the importance of meeting clients where they are—without judgment.

I’m a straightforward and open-minded therapist who values creating a safe and welcoming space. When I’m not in session, I love spending time in nature, reflecting on life’s bigger questions, and connecting with the people who matter most to me. Therapy with me is about honesty, warmth, and growth—I’ll help you uncover what’s holding you back and work with you to move toward healing and self-acceptance.

  • Healing from Sexual Trauma & Abuse: Survivors of sexual abuse or human trafficking often struggle with lasting effects such as trust issues, anxiety, and challenges in forming intimate relationships. Addressing these impacts is vital to reclaiming a sense of safety and rebuilding self-worth.

Understanding Sexual Deviancy & Offending Behaviors: Those dealing with sexual deviancy or offending behaviors may feel isolated or overwhelmed by the patterns they’ve developed. Exploring the root causes of these behaviors in a non-judgmental space is essential for meaningful change and rehabilitation.

Overcoming Sexual Addiction: Sexual behaviors or pornography addiction can disrupt many aspects of life, including relationships and emotional well-being. Working toward healthier coping mechanisms and a path to recovery can bring lasting change and a renewed sense of control.

Navigating Intimacy & Relationship Struggles: Intimacy issues—whether emotional or sexual—often stem from unresolved pain, fear of vulnerability, or past trauma. Finding ways to rebuild trust and intimacy is an important step in fostering healthier, more fulfilling connections.

Building Self-Esteem & Embracing Body Image: Struggles with low self-esteem and body image can affect how one relates to themselves and others. Fostering a positive self-image and a deeper connection to the body is crucial for overall well-being and self-acceptance.

Rehabilitation & Personal Growth: For those in recovery from addiction, facing incarceration, or looking to break free from unhealthy patterns, finding the support to rebuild a life based on purpose and self-worth is essential for long-term change.
