Hi, I’m Margarita Elizabeth, and I’m here to make sure you feel supported and cared for from the moment you reach out to us. Whether you’re just starting your journey or already finding your way, my role is to make things as easy and welcoming as possible for you. I’ve always been passionate about mental health wellness and love creating a space where you can feel at ease and understood.
If you’re scheduling an appointment, unsure about where to start, or simply have questions, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. I know how intimidating it can feel to take that first step (trust me, I’ve been there too), but I’m here to help with anything you need and make this process simple and stress-free.
I live by the phrase, “Nothing changes, if nothing changes,” because I believe in the courage it takes to move forward, even when it’s hard. Life hasn’t always been easy for me, and I know what it feels like to need a helping hand. As a mom to a child with autism, I’ve learned the importance of patience, understanding, and celebrating progress—no matter how big or small. These experiences inspire me to create an environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.
As a cisgender, queer, Latina woman of Ecuadorian and Indigenous descent, I carry my heritage close to my heart. I also identify as neurospicy, and my experiences with embracing this part of myself have taught me the value of creativity, resilience, and showing up authentically. I feel deeply connected to the idea of sacred sexuality, which teaches that intimacy is not just physical but also a spiritual and healing connection to yourself and others. This perspective inspires me to approach every interaction with kindness and intention, knowing that even small gestures can have a powerful impact.
I graduated in Medical Office Administration and earned certifications in Mental Health First Aid and CPR. I’m constantly learning and growing through workshops and resources, so I can better support you and our community.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, getting creative, and finding new ways to connect with myself and the world around me.
As Winston Churchill said, “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts.” I’m here to make sure your experience with us feels smooth, supportive, and like a step in the right direction. Whatever you need, I’m just a call or message away—I’m happy to help however I can!
